Job Summary
HCP Contracting Specialist at PwC Poland within Enterprise Managed Services focusing on creating and processing contracts without client visits or sales responsibilities. Responsibilities include populating business terms to determine contracting party (HCP vs. employer), reviewing contracts for completeness and alignment with internal policies, submitting contracts for e-signature and tracking status, supporting follow-up actions on outstanding contracts, reviewing redline requests and routing to Legal, uploading documents into the system of record to ensure audit-ready organization, facilitating amendments with legal to obtain approved redline language or change orders, submitting amendments for review and execution, supporting adoption of automation tools and CLM technologies, contributing to process improvements, documentation updates, and developing best practices. Requires 1+ years in contract management, strong English, knowledge of Sunshine Act and Anti-Kickback Statute, experience with templates and redlining, familiarity with CLM tools (Icertis, Conga, Veeva, Ariba, Salesforce, DocuSign), and strong organizational skills; hybrid work model (2 days on-site, 3 days remote).
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to HCP/HCO contracting (e.g., Sunshine Act, Anti-Kickback Statute)
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of contracts with precision and attention to detail
- Experience with standard contract templates, redlining processes, and amendment management
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems or similar tools (e.g., Icertis, Conga, Veeva, SAP Ariba, Salesforce, DocuSign)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
