Job Summary
Configure Workday core HR, absence, benefits, compensation, payroll, recruitment, reporting, and talent management processes. Document requirements, discuss design options, and execute configuration plans while designing utility-focused reports for end users. Provide technical support, analyze root causes of issues, and perform data audits to ensure integrity. Coordinate testing phases, including writing test plans and scripts, and partner with senior analysts to evaluate system releases. Regularly review user procedures to identify efficiency improvements and maintain knowledge of Workday updates. This role supports the Human Capital Management Systems team at St. Luke's, a non-profit health network serving over 23,000 employees across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- One to three years of related experience
- Human Capital Management System (HCMS) experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Must demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive, confidential situations
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Must reside in Pennsylvania or New Jersey
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds

- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science or related degree
