Job Summary
As a Sales Consultant at GTM Payroll & HR, you will prospect and source leads, develop tailored solutions for clients, and collaborate with internal teams to showcase cloud-based technology. Key responsibilities include territory management, sales closing, meeting sales quotas, and maintaining client relations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with over 5 years of SAAS sales experience and strong communication skills. You will receive a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, generous PTO, and comprehensive health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAAS sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce (or another CRM system)
- Ability to travel within the Capital District with a reliable vehicle
