Job Summary
Senior Workday HCM Functional Analyst to configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM and Business Processes (Staffing, Onboarding, Jobs & Positions, Contact Information and Personal Information). Manage BP routing, approvals, condition rules, notifications, validations, documents, questionnaires, and security policies; support production issues and regression testing during releases; review release impact; partner with HR and IT to gather requirements and implement improvements; build relationships with HR leaders and end-users; leverage EIB and deployment tools for mass transactions; contribute to a scalable HR Operations environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Workday functional experience
- Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM and BP Framework
- Experience with Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields
- Ability to troubleshoot complex business process and configuration issues
- Strong communication (written and verbal), analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience creating and processing EIB files to support mass business transactions
- Familiarity with configuration deployment tools: tenant compare, configuration change tracker/extracts, Object Transporter (OX) configuration
- Preferred Experience in Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Benefits, or Payroll exposure
- Workday certification in Core HCM and/or relevant modules
- Experience working in Agile or enterprise HRIS environments
