Job Summary
Asure Software is seeking an HCM Sales Executive in the Boston, MA area to build new business and cultivate opportunities within an defined territory. You will identify and develop prospects, penetrate existing clients to expand revenue, develop referral relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers, craft high-impact presentations to illustrate the benefits of Asure’s HCM solutions, and manage a robust sales funnel to meet or exceed monthly and annual quotas. You will leverage Salesforce CRM to track activities, stay informed on industry trends and competitive HR/HCM landscapes, and incorporate evolving technologies such as AI tools into your strategy. The role requires consultative software sales experience and a track record of relationship-building and delivering client value, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree and a valid U.S. driver’s license; compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years consultative software sales experience
- Experience selling payroll, HR or related software and services is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
- Proven relationship building and client service skills
- Proven ability to manage a territory producing exceptional results
- Proactive, results-oriented, and team-oriented approach to sales
- Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Webex or other comparable tools
- Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License to be eligible for hire
