Job Summary
HCM, Sales Consultant / Business Solutions Advisor responsible for selling Insperity’s Traditional Employment Workforce Solutions to organizations within a defined territory. Duties include building and maintaining a sales pipeline, proactively contacting prospects to articulate benefits and value, closing new customers, following up on leads, managing client relationships, forecasting sales activity, educating prospects on the company’s business model and solutions, developing business cases to reinforce leadership in the market, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality prospect decisions. Requires strong negotiation skills, ability to work in a team environment, comfort with multi-disciplinary collaboration, and travel up to 20% to support customers.
