Job Summary
Insperity is hiring a Sales Consultant / Business Solutions Advisor to sell Traditional Employment Workforce Solutions to organizations within assigned territories. Responsibilities include proactively generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking, sourcing a significant portion of opportunities independently, maintaining a strong pipeline to meet revenue targets, collaborating with Business Performance Advisors, explaining the benefits of Insperity’s solutions, cultivating and closing new customers in a defined territory, managing leads from multiple sources, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality prospect decisions. The role requires strong negotiation skills, ability to win concessions while maintaining relationships, and proficiency with technology platforms and web-based meetings to present and close sales. Education requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Travel up to 20% is noted.
