Job Summary
Oversee configuration, implementation, and governance of Workday HCM across MiQ; lead configuration of HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruitment, and Performance); ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and security/role governance; manage position management, hiring, compensation changes, job changes, terminations, and delegations; partner with Finance on compensation grades and payroll integration (e.g., ADP); drive HCM process improvements and collaborate with global/local HR, IT, Finance, and change management teams; liaise with external consultants to upgrade and enhance platform capabilities; focus on multi-country/global deployment and scalable HR processes; emphasize governance, reporting, and analytics to support workforce planning and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience implementing and managing Workday HCM
- Demonstrated expertise in Workday HCM configuration, administration, and process troubleshooting in a multi-country/global environment
- Experience leading in HRIS or HR transformation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and workforce analytics
- Familiarity with integrations across payroll, recruitment, absence management, and learning modules
- Ability to develop end-user support materials and guides
- Effective stakeholder management and change management skills
