Job Summary
The SAP Payroll/SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant is responsible for leading and implementing EC Payroll solutions and managing the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring best practices are followed. The role requires collaboration with clients, conducting impact assessments, and supporting pre-sales initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of SAP experience as a Payroll implementation consultant
- 5 years in a lead role
- 3+ implementations of Employee Central Payroll
- Deep knowledge of SAP Payroll processes
- Experience with Canadian and US payroll
- Strong analytical mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Technical experience in BASIS, ABAP, and CPI
- Knowledge of the SAP Activate Methodology for SuccessFactors
- SuccessFactors module certifications (e.g., Onboarding, LMS)
