Job Summary
HCM Business Consultant drives new client growth by building a strong pipeline and guiding prospects from first conversation through signed agreement and early implementation. Responsibilities include sourcing opportunities via networking and self-generated outreach, running disciplined prospecting to reach decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle, shaping solution scope and negotiating pricing, maintaining CRM activity and forecasts, and coordinating onboarding support with internal partners. Requires on-site work in Murfreesboro, TN, strong communication and presentation skills, CRM proficiency, and ability to travel domestically; salary in the $50k–$65k range with a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred; CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) preferred
- Strong communication, executive-level presentation, negotiation, and time-management skills
- Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license; ability to travel domestically as needed
