HCM Application Consultant responsible for 2nd-level technical support of the DNV HR application environment (Oracle HCM Cloud, BIP reporting), developing complex BIP-based reports and data extracts, defining security governance for HR data, and providing consulting to HR on reporting and data security. Participate in HR IT projects within the global HR IT landscape and partner with vendor and internal teams to align and enhance the HR applications and IT systems.
