Job Summary
Consulting role focusing on implementing Oracle HCM Absence + Time & Labor and Core HR applications; analyze client requirements, provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications; collaborate with clients to optimize HR processes and enhance talent management; utilize Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle SQL Developer for development and customization; manage Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Management modules to streamline workforce management; conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic HR planning; lead project management efforts including budgeting and workforce planning; apply analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations; uphold professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and independence requirements; build meaningful client connections and navigate complex situations to deliver quality solutions.
