HCIT Program Coordinator Intern

HCIT Program Coordinator Intern will support day-to-day program operations within ALKU's Healthcare IT practice, assisting with hours tracking, expense management, onboarding activities for new consultants, scheduling coordination, and capturing meeting minutes and action items. The role provides hands-on exposure to real-world project management, Healthcare IT consulting, and business operations in a fast-moving professional services environment. Candidates are current students or recent graduates in related fields, with strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with project tracking tools is a plus. The internship emphasizes building PM skills, exposure to EHR implementations and Oracle Health solutions, and developing relationships with leadership, consultants, and client partners.
