Job Summary
Educate healthcare professionals and identify new referral opportunities by calling hospitals, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and physician offices. Engage in meaningful conversations about patient needs to drive referral growth, while representing the organization at community events and professional associations. Serve as a resource for patients and families to ensure they understand hospice options and the benefits of early referrals. Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase awareness. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years in healthcare sales or business development, with strong existing relationships with physicians and clinical facilities. Proven track record of meeting admissions and census targets is essential.

- Strong existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities or home health professionals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Sensitivity to the needs of terminally ill patients and their families
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding admissions and census targets
