Job Summary
Learn consultative selling techniques and apply the organization's sales process through field training and guided customer interactions. Support referral growth by developing relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and senior living communities, while accompanying senior sales representatives on visits to master account management. Execute community outreach by presenting at health fairs and networking events to educate referral sources and patients on hospice services. Assist in territory development plans, maintain accurate records of interactions within company systems, and collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure patient access. Represent the organization professionally across all engagements and adhere to all compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
Desired Qualifications
- Previous internship, customer service, healthcare, recruiting, hospitality, retail sales, or business development experience
- Exposure to healthcare, senior care, hospice, home health, or related industries
- Demonstrated leadership experience through work, athletics, student organizations, or volunteer activities
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn consultative sales techniques and apply coaching feedback
- Self-motivated with a desire to build a career in healthcare sales and business development
