Job Summary
Provide strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to address behavioral health needs for children, youth, and families. Collaborate with patients to access core strengths and utilize evidence-based practices under the direction of the Program Director. Manage independent client outreach while maintaining strict adherence to NFS policies. This role offers a flexible summer schedule from Memorial Day through Labor Day, closing at 12:30pm on Fridays. Compensation ranges from $60 to $100 per hour, with language differentials available for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Hindi. A Master's degree, NY clinical licensure, and at least one year of experience in home or community settings are required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting
- Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
- Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Some afternoon and evening availability
