Job Summary
Provide individual and family therapy according to the consumer's Person-Centered Plan, complete clinical assessments and reassessments, and offer guidance to IIH team members. Conduct weekly team meetings to monitor case progress and overall performance while ensuring compliance with intakes, authorizations, and documentation standards. Track treatment outcomes, assist with transition and discharge planning, and collaborate with families, schools, and community partners. Requires a Master's degree, current NC licensure, and one year of clinical experience with children and adolescents. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Forsyth County are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related human services field
- Current North Carolina Licensure or Provisional Licensure (LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, etc.)
- Minimum of one year of documented clinical experience with the population served
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to travel throughout Forsyth County for home- and community-based services
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain professional, ethical behavior
- Ability to engage with and support children, adolescents, and families
- Strong assessment, therapeutic, and crisis intervention skills
- Ability to lead, supervise, and coach team members
- Skilled in documentation, treatment planning, and progress monitoring
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to analyze information and develop effective interventions
