Job Summary
Team Lead for HCBS ACTT responsible for directing day-to-day clinical operations of Assertive Community Treatment Team, including scheduling staff to ensure coverage for day/evening/weekend/holiday times; requires licensed mental health professional credentials (as listed) with strong knowledge of ACTT principles, social work/therapy practices, and complex casework; travel within community is required. Required Qualifications
- Licensed in North Carolina (any of: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Psychological Associate, LCSW/LCSW-A, LCMHC/LCMHC-A, LMFT, or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner)
- At least 2 years full-time experience treating individuals with severe mental illness (SMI/SPMI)
- At least 2 years clinical supervisory experience desirable
- Travel requires valid driver’s license and insurance; travel in community where members live and work
