Job Summary
Provide clinical and administrative supervision for 1–2 MST teams consisting of 2–4 therapists each. Conduct weekly supervision, training, and coaching to ensure adherence to MST principles and clinician competency. Manage referrals, clinician caseloads, program outcomes, and performance reporting. Collaborate with MST Experts, community partners, schools, and referral sources to promote MST services and support stakeholder engagement throughout the community. Maintain a limited caseload of 1–2 families as needed. This role supports Second Chances Comprehensive Services' mission to empower youth and families through compassionate, person-centered care in Virginia Beach.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
- Experience treating youth with serious behavioral challenges and implementing family-based interventions
- Experience providing clinical supervision, staff leadership, performance management, and community collaboration
- Strong knowledge of Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Social Ecological Theory, child development, and evidence-based behavioral interventions
