Job Summary
Qualified Professional – Intensive In-Home (IIH) provides direct in-home and community-based behavioral health services to youth and families. Responsibilities include completing initial intakes and Person-Centered Plans, submitting authorizations/reauthorizations, maintaining clinical records, completing NC TOPPS and discharge SARs, coordinating care and scheduling, identifying placements and completing placement documentation, monitoring caseloads and authorizations, and delivering strength-based, recovery-focused interventions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and two years of experience with youth/adolescents with mental health needs; travel within Guilford, Person, Alamance, and Caswell counties is involved; some remote tasks may be available based on program needs. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (required)
- Two years of documented experience working with youth/adolescents with mental health needs
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to engage youth and families in a supportive, therapeutic manner
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance
