Job Summary
Employment Services - Job Coach in a part-time role for Hills and Dales. Responsibilities include helping to build meaningful lives for clients with disabilities through person-centered planning, setting client goals, promoting development of life skills, facilitating community integration, and fostering self-advocacy experiences in alignment with organizational policies. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with proof of insurance, and at least six months of experience in formal support settings or CNA preferred. The position is based in Dubuque, IA, and pays $17.75 per hour with a part-time schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus every other Saturday 10:00 AM–3:00 PM. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
