Job Summary
Implement person-centered planning and client goals to promote life skills, community integration, and self-assuring experiences for individuals with disabilities. Deliver employment services independently while adhering to organizational policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care. Maintain a variable schedule based on client needs, working every other weekend for 50 hours per two-week pay period. Requires a valid driver's license, insurance, and six months of experience in formal support provision or employment services. Required Qualifications
- Free of a conviction or prior employment history of child or resident abuse or dependent adult abuse
- Eighteen years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with proof of insurance
- Six months of experience in a formal support provision setting, employment services and/or CNA
