HCA Temp FT

Review resident daily logs, participate in Individualized Service Plan updates, and physically check on assigned residents throughout the shift. Observe and document changes in condition, respond to call bells immediately, and assist with activities of daily living and life enrichment programs. Maintain resident rooms, wash laundry and linens, serve meals, and ensure dining room compliance with dietary restrictions. Partner with the team to enforce safety regulations, report incidents and hazards, and complete required training and meetings. Work Sundays through Thursdays from 6am to 2pm as a temporary full-time Care Manager at Sunrise of Victoria.
