Job Summary
Project Manager II (Contract, 12 months) to oversee MEDITECH Expanse implementation projects. Owns tasks to ensure on-schedule delivery, collaborates with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables, documents technical and functional requirements, participates in workflow and gap analyses, supports system build activities and testing, provides onsite and remote client support, and escalates risks/issues per guidelines. Requires 5+ years IT PM experience, familiarity with healthcare/EHR projects (MEDITECH Expanse a plus), strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills; PMP preferred. Location is remote within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT project management experience
- Exposure to hospital operations preferred
- Experience with EHR implementation projects, particularly MEDITECH Expanse, is a plus
- Ability to coordinate project requirements and collaborate effectively within project teams
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare, Business, or related field)
