Job Summary
As an HC Ops Manager at PwC, you will manage the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to HR processes including onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations. You will be responsible for coaching team members, leading projects, and ensuring quality in deliverables. The role requires strong analytical and conflict resolution skills, alongside the ability to mentor and motivate others. You will act as a primary HR contact for inquiries, and uphold professional standards in line with corporate guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws, and manage employee inquiries and issues.
- Lead projects by ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
- Mentor and develop team members' skills and manage performance to meet client expectations.
- Uphold professional and technical standards according to the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
