Job Summary
BPO HC & Insurance Operations Senior Representative for NTT DATA in Chennai or Coimbatore. Responsibilities include reading and understanding customer process documents, analyzing insurance claims, processing claims per standard operating procedures, calculating patient COB (Coordination of Benefit), and navigating multiple client applications to capture data for insurance claim processing. Requires 0-1 year healthcare BPO experience, a university degree or equivalent with 3+ years of formal studies, typing at least 25 WPM, Windows PC proficiency, and ability to work a shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM Monday through Friday. Strong English communication skills are needed to exchange information with the client.
Required Qualifications
- 0-1 Year of experience in Healthcare BPO
- University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies
- 25 WPM typing or demonstrated typing skill
- 1+ year experience using Windows PC applications
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 06:00 PM to 04:00 AM
- Effective English communication (oral/written) to exchange information with client
