Job Summary
Part-time HBTS staff to work one-on-one with children aged 3–21 in homes and communities; follow individualized treatment plans; provide treatment and encouragement through play, skill-building, and positive reinforcement; collect and manage data to track progress; communicate with families and the clinical team; participate in training and growth; uphold the dignity and rights of children and families.
Required Qualifications
- You’re at least 19 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experience working with kids with special needs, or you're working toward a degree in a human services field
- A valid driver’s license, car insurance, and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility, reliability, and a heart for helping others
