Job Summary
Locum-to-permanent Emergency Medicine physician needed at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. Open full-time positions with a rotation of morning, mid, and night 10-hour shifts; on-site call coverage weekends with no in-house call. Requires EM experience with ABEM providers preferred; non-ABEM considered with regular rate. Interview process includes an in-person interview for MSO privileges and a 2-day shadow/orientation. Credentialing questions and staffing details provided by Site Medical Director. 173-bed facility with ~89 daily census and typical ED patients; standard ED procedures performed by EM physicians with nursing and APP support; encounter volume ~3,240 annual ER admissions. Location is Frankfort, KY.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO license in KY
- Emergency Medicine board certification or eligibility (ABEM/AAEM)
