Job Summary
Deliver nursing care to elderly clients with cognitive issues, delirium, or rehabilitation needs while monitoring health changes and administering medication. Observe and report shifts in patient status, then act accordingly within a multidisciplinary team focused on clinical reasoning and personalized care. Guide and evaluate students during their internships, while supporting colleagues in skill development and contributing to clinical lessons. Collaborate closely with physicians and other disciplines to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Work 24 to 36 hours per week at De Poort in Amsterdam-West, where the team fosters a structured, supportive environment for clients returning home after surgery or hospitalization.
Required Qualifications
- Een hbo-diploma Verpleegkunde
- een geldige BIG-registratie
- Interesse in werken met cliënten met delier of geheugenproblemen
- Het vermogen om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen tijdens je dienst
- Het aanleveren van een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG)
