HBM Manufacturing Production Engineer

Job Summary
Build, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for HBM production while implementing strict quality control measures to ensure highest standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and implement process improvements, conducting detailed analyses to identify efficiency gains and cost reductions. Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve production issues and minimize downtime, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work to improve efficiency and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by testing and sharing AI-enabled enhancements. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with willingness to work day or night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably within the semiconductor industry
- Strong understanding of HBM technology and production processes
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and an additional language commonly used in business settings
- Willingness to work a day or night shift, based on operational needs and personal preference
- Baseline digital fluency, with the ability to use AI-assisted tools to support research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, or operational tasks relevant to the role
