Job Summary
Lead the Continuing Medicaid Eligibility Modernization Program by automating test scripts, creating test data sets, and writing/executing comprehensive test cases across unit, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing phases. Research and resolve production and UAT defects while performing regression testing and assisting with user acceptance testing. Review requirement documents, conduct solution exploration, and manage functional test planning within the Health and Human Service domain using industry-standard tools like Jira and Selenium. Provide guidance to large teams and prepare quality assurance documentation for this high-profile Department of Health initiative.
Required Qualifications
- 84+ months of experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, integrated systems or applications, formal project governance, and multiple testing phases
- Experience must include two (2) or more years in a leadership role as a Testing Analyst that includes preparing documentation, reviews, and approvals of test results from key stakeholders using industry standard methods
- 84 months of client focused quality assurance managing testing across multiple enterprise level projects that are mission-critical, highly visible to executive leadership or external stakeholders, have significant organizational or public impact, involve multiple business units or agencies, and require coordination across with complex functional domains, within a matrix organization
- 60 months of experience developing test plans, test cases, tracking defects and developing automated tests, preferably in a software development environment
- 60 months of experience with tools such as Jira, Jira-related plug-ins or Application Lifecycle Management/Quality Center as the defect tracking and test planning tools
- 60 months of experience with configuring automated testing using tools such as Selenium or Katalon Studio or related tools
- 36 months of experience leading and managing functional test planning and test execution activities with a focus on Health and Human Service domain
- Bachelor's Degree with coursework in Information Technology or related fields
