Job Summary
Design and develop enterprise-level applications for the Imaging/Enterprise Document Repository, integrating J2EE, WebSphere, and Oracle systems while providing guidance on JBoss and IBM MQ. Participate in JAD sessions to define use cases and deliverables, then interpret requirements to propose prototypes and solutions that align with future ITS directions. Manage software configuration using Hudson, ANT, Maven, Jenkins, and SVN, and deliver technical documentation and demonstrations to business subject matter experts. Offer mentoring to State staff and contract resources, while providing end-user troubleshooting and problem resolution. This role supports local social service districts and state agencies in managing case documents and client images for programs including Medical Assistance and SNAP.
Required Qualifications
- 84 months of experience in designing, implementation and supporting enterprise level Service Oriented Architecture platform
- 84 months of experience in designing, implementing N-Tier J2EE applications
- 24 months of experience in design, developing front end using Angular or Nodejs
- 48 months of experience working with developing Java solutions with a Web security protocol using LDAP and Okta
- 72 months of experience in testing Java and front-end applications
- 48 months of experience in preparing technical and user documentation for business applications
