Job Summary
Greet customers, receive and check daily deliveries, and manage branch stock while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards. Prepare fresh ingredients and produce sandwiches and baguettes in line with company specifications, ensuring quality control and minimizing wastage. Assist the Shop Manager with the day-to-day running of the store, supervise the team, control costs, and drive sales to build a loyal customer base. Handle cash, operate tills, and open or close the shop as required. Run shifts across various times during the week.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment at supervisory level
- Have excellent knowledge and understanding of products
- The ability to work efficiently within a team
- Cash handling, and till operation
- Opening or closing the shop when required
- Running shifts at various times during the week
