Job Summary
Orchestrate hundreds of deployment events annually, including site installations, test exercises, and training visits, by managing cross-functional teams from hardware supply to sustainment. Operate independently in high-stakes Hazard Zone environments to deliver capabilities that meet customer mission requirements while building trust with military partners and industry stakeholders. Develop deep expertise in customer threats, rules of engagement, and Anduril's sensor fusion technologies to forecast performance against evolving threat profiles. Represent Anduril to customers and convey user feedback to continuously improve the product. Travel up to 50% of the year, with approximately 35% in the Middle East, and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of technical work experience preferably in defense, national security, or aerospace domain
- Highly organized creative problem-solver with proven project management skills
- Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers while building a culture of influence through relationships
- Deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies, with a commitment to lifelong learning
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the year: Middle East for ~35%, other travel for ~15%
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced STEM degree
- Prior experience working in the Middle East or Africa with foreign military or civilian partners
- Arabic speaking a plus
