Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community-based locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team, record session data accurately, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. This entry-point role offers paid training, flexible part-time hours (ideal for college students), and opportunities to gain real-world experience in ABA and child-development fields.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
- Reliable method of transportation
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
- No experience required; paid training provided
