Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as part of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans; record session data using electronic devices; foster a positive learning environment and engage with families; collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Positions start part-time with full paid training; no prior experience required. Require high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to learn, reliable transportation, and completion of the 40-hour RBT course; minimum 6-month commitment.
Required Qualifications

- Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm
- Reliable transportation
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
