Job Summary
Greet fans courteously, serve alcohol safely per regulations, and communicate menu offerings and pricing effectively. Maintain clean bins and trays, track inventory, and secure products at shift end. Follow pre-shift notes, record equipment failures or hazards, and check out with a supervisor. Work a flexible schedule including nights and late hours while standing or walking long periods. Lift up to 25 lbs and navigate inclined ramps on the main concourse, upper concourse, or plaza. Obtain a passing score on the TEAM Alcohol Safety Certification course. Maintain proper uniform and a positive demeanor in a fast-paced, densely populated environment.

- Must be able to work the full length of each Stadium event as assigned
- Must obtain a passing score on the TEAM Alcohol Safety Certification course
