Job Summary
General Manager for Hawaiian Bros Island Grill's Clackamas/Happy Valley location. Lead the opening and ongoing operations of a high-volume fast-casual restaurant, drive guest and employee experiences, and ensure adherence to brand standards. Responsibilities include building and leading a strong team, managing labor and costs, scheduling, analyzing operational reports to improve performance, maintaining food safety and sanitation, coaching shift leaders and managers, and delivering sales and profitability goals. Requires 2+ years of restaurant management, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to manage data-driven operations; Spanish bilingual is a plus. Position is full-time with typical leadership schedule and opportunities for advancement. Compensation starts at $80,000 annually plus performance bonus and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience required
- Experience managing teams and restaurant operations
- Ability to analyze sales, labor, and operational reports
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Oregon Food Handler's Permit
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
