Job Summary
General Manager sought to lead the opening and ongoing operations of our Clackamas / Happy Valley location for a high-volume fast-casual Hawaiian Bros Island Grill. Responsibilities include owning restaurant operations, delivering exceptional guest and employee experiences, and building a strong team while driving sales, profitability, and adherence to brand standards. Lead scheduling and labor management, analyze operational reports to improve performance, recruit and develop staff, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, and ensure smooth, timely service during peak hours. Requires 2+ years of restaurant management experience, high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, Oregon Food Handler’s Permit, basic computer/POS knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills; Spanish bilingual is a plus. Compensation includes starting salary of $80,000 annually, performance bonus eligibility, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Experience managing teams and restaurant operations
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Oregon Food Handler's Permit
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
