Job Summary
Assistant General Manager responsible for opening and ongoing operations of the Clackamas/Happy Valley location in a high-volume fast-casual setting. Partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations, maintain speed-of-service during peak hours, ensure accurate kitchen and service execution, manage scheduling and labor, uphold brand standards, and drive operational excellence. Develop and support the team, coaching and onboarding new members, providing feedback, and supporting training programs. Contribute to business performance through labor, food cost, and controllable expenses management, and monitor key performance metrics. Focus on delivering exceptional employee and guest experiences, fostering a welcoming culture, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This leadership development role aims to prepare for future General Manager opportunities; Spanish bilingual is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of restaurant leadership experience
- Experience supervising or leading teams in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Oregon Food Handler's Permit
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
