Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is accountable for all restaurant activities, ensuring personnel meet job responsibilities and expectations. Essential functions include analyzing business performance, monitoring costs, and executing marketing programs, while upholding safety and sanitation requirements. Responsibilities also encompass customer satisfaction, team leadership, training, performance feedback, and compliance with employment laws. Skills required include strong organizational abilities, team building, problem-solving, and excellent interpersonal communication. Must possess a valid driver's license, a food handler’s permit, and a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a team/shift leader position (in a restaurant, retail, or convenience store).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have valid driver license and maintain proper insurance coverage.
- Food handler’s permit required.
