Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for all restaurant activities, ensuring that personnel meet their job responsibilities and expectations. Key responsibilities include analyzing business performance, managing costs to meet budgets, executing marketing programs, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies, and promoting customer satisfaction by delivering quality products and services. The AGM leads and supervises team members, provides training, and evaluates performance. Skills required include strong organizational and communication abilities, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude. This position requires a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in a similar leadership role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a team/shift leader position (in a restaurant, retail, or convenience store)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Food handler’s permit required
- Must have valid driver license and maintain proper insurance coverage
