Job Summary
As the Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Hawaiian Bros, you'll support the General Manager in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, manage numbers like labor and sales, lead guest service initiatives, and coach your team on delivering exceptional service. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, effective communication, and experience in a drive-thru environment. A valid driver's license, food handler’s permit, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential. 100% attendance and team spirit are key values.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years in a leadership role (restaurant/retail preferred)
- 2 years of experience in a drive thru location
- Valid driver's license & vehicle
- Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to get one)
- Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen
