Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating daily operations across various transportation services, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with standards, and exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include managing staff training, leading service quality initiatives, monitoring safety regulations, communicating operational priorities, budgeting, and driving innovation. The role requires extensive knowledge of transportation management, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of four years of relevant experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Transportation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least four years of verifiable, full-time professional training and safety experience, preferably in transportation.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a properly insured vehicle.
