Job Summary
Associate Sales Development role supporting management in developing and selling new revenue sources, creating sales strategies and promotional materials (including SNS), maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, preparing presentations/proposals/reports for client meetings, coordinating sales events and campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing administrative support (data entry, file organization, scheduling). Working hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, in-office with potential remote workplace; duties include coordinating information distribution, website updates, and event participation (e.g., Honolulu Festival, Honolulu Marathon). Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university studying in degree programs of Business/Travel Industry Management (TIM), Marketing, Communications, or related field

- Japanese language proficiency is preferred but not required
