Job Summary
Conduct daily property maintenance including cleaning, garage care, and groundskeeping such as mowing and hedge trimming. Perform seasonal winter services, inspect technical systems, and execute minor repairs for plumbing, electrical, or heating. Act as the primary contact for tenants and management while ensuring quality control through regular building inspections. Collaborate closely with operational leadership to support daily facility tasks. Requires a B-category driver's license and relevant vocational training.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Berufsausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung als Hauswart, im Facility Management oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
