Perform seasonal work, winter services, and inspect technical systems while executing smaller repairs in plumbing, electrical, or heating. Act as the primary contact for tenants and management, ensuring quality assurance through regular building inspections. Collaborate closely with operational leadership to support daily tasks and manage property upkeep. Requires a relevant vocational training, technical aptitude, and a valid Category B driver's license.
