Manage properties in Berlin and surrounding areas by handling commercial support, including creating bills, processing rent increases, and closing insurance, maintenance, and service contracts. Conduct property inspections, takeovers, and handovers while organizing leases, and address simple tenant technical requests by issuing small repair orders. Maintain bookkeeping tasks and manage communal funds while serving as the primary contact for owners, tenants, customers, and authorities. Requires a completed property management qualification, strong German skills, and knowledge of MS Office and DSS Hausfreund/GFAD software.
