Manage technical and infrastructural building management for the MHP Arena, including identifying repair, renewal, and optimization needs. Execute maintenance and inspection work, specifically as a fitter and welder, while coordinating logistics for large events like home games and concerts. Ensure safety compliance during events and handle loading/unloading of trucks with a forklift. Coordinate with external service providers and manage spare parts procurement, administration, and storage. Requires a completed trade apprenticeship, welding certification, driver's license, and forklift certificate. Full-time position starting immediately for a fixed two-year term.
