Job Summary
Operate and monitor complex heating, ventilation, climate, and sanitary systems via the central building management system at the Neißepark location. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance rounds to prevent failures in stores and corridors during ongoing operations. Manage technical incidents independently, such as climate control outages in retail areas or gastronomy disturbances, and coordinate external specialist trades in consultation with the site manager. Requires certified vocational training as a heating, ventilation, or plumbing technician. Full-time on-site role in Görlitz with regional travel requirements. Required Qualifications
